In short: If Trevolto isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days. Not profitable within 60 days of following our setup? We'll make it right. The money-back guarantee covers your purchase price — not money lost while trading. The money-back and profit guarantees mean you can buy with full confidence.
1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund of what you paid for the Trevolto software and training — no questions asked.
1b. The 60-Day Profit Guarantee
If you follow our setup training and don't see any profits within 60 days, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Proof of setup and a minimum investment are required to qualify.
2. What's Covered
The 14-day guarantee refunds the price you paid us for access. The 60-day profit guarantee requires proof that you followed the training steps and gave the system a fair try.
3. What's Not Covered
- Trading losses. Money you lose in the market is not refundable — trading carries risk.
- Fees charged by third parties such as exchanges, banks, or payment processors.
- Money-back requests made after the 14-day window.
- Profit guarantee claims made after the 60-day window.
- Refunds claimed through chargebacks rather than our process below.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@trevolto.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include the email and name you used at purchase, plus your order or receipt number.
- Tell us briefly why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve.
5. How Long It Takes
We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
6. Cryptocurrency Payments
If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency. Because crypto values change, the refunded coin amount is based on the value at the time of refund, which may differ from what you originally paid.
7. After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to the software and training ends.
